Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using DewyCut (dewycut.com, the "Service"), operated by Xeta ("we"), and the rights and duties of members. The Korean version governs if the two versions differ.
2. Definitions
A "member" is a person or business that agreed to these terms and created an account.
"Credits" are the unit used to generate images and videos in the Service. Apart from refunds under the refund policy, they cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
"Outputs" are the images and videos the Service creates at a member's request.
3. Changes to these terms
These terms take effect when posted in the Service.
We may change these terms within the law. We announce changes 7 days before they apply, or 30 days before and by email when a change is less favorable to members. Members who do not agree may close their account.
4. Accounts
Members can sign up with Google, Apple, Kakao or email.
Members are responsible for their account. Tell us right away if you learn your account was used by someone else.
Members can close their account at any time. If unused paid credits remain, we refund them under the refund policy before closing the account. Free credits end when the account is closed.
5. The Service
The Service generates ad images and short videos from product photos and descriptions that members upload.
Generation uses third-party AI models. The same request can give different results, and we do not guarantee a specific result.
We may pause all or part of the Service for maintenance, outages or issues at a model provider, and announce it in advance when we can.
6. Fees and payment
Plans and credit prices are shown on the pricing screen. Monthly plans renew every month on the saved payment method; extra credits are one-time purchases.
Payments are processed by Toss Payments. We do not store card numbers or other payment method details.
The credits shown are deducted when you start a generation. If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically.
Credits from a monthly plan expire at the end of that billing period.
Members can cancel a subscription at any time, right away, on the same pricing screen they subscribed on, or by emailing support@dewycut.com. After canceling, you are not charged from the next billing date.
We email the amount, date, payment method and how to cancel 7 days before each automatic payment.
When we raise a subscription price, or a price goes up because a discount such as a first-month discount ends, we email the date, the old and new price and the payment method within the 30 days before the change, and ask members to consent by clicking a consent button. Not responding is not consent. Without consent we do not charge the higher price, and the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds follow the refund policy (dewycut.com/refund).
8. Member obligations
Upload only photos, logos and marks you own or are licensed to use.
Do not use the Service to infringe others' likeness, trademark, copyright or other rights, to make ads with false efficacy claims, or to create content the law prohibits.
Do not call the Service in bulk with automated tools, bypass security measures or disrupt the Service.
If a member breaks this section, we may remove the outputs involved or limit use.
9. Rights to outputs
Members may use their outputs for commercial purposes, including ads and sales. We claim no rights in outputs.
Members are responsible for following cosmetics and advertising laws when they use outputs in ads.
We do not use members' uploads or outputs to promote the Service without their consent. Outputs you publish to Explore may be shown in the Service and used to promote DewyCut (non-exclusive, free of charge), and other members can use their direction for new results. Once you unpublish, we stop making new use of that output.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters or outages at model providers. Credits for failed generations are still returned automatically.
We are not liable for disputes between a member and a third party over outputs unless we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
11. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
